I notarize a wide range of documents, including powers of attorney, affidavits, real estate and loan documents, wills, vehicle title transfers, and more.

Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?

Yes! I am authorized to perform Remote Online Notarizations in Maryland. This means we can complete your notarization securely online, without meeting in person.

Do you handle loan signings?

Yes, I am a certified loan signing agent and have experience with mortgage documents, refinance packages, buyer/seller closings, HELOCs, and more.

What do I need to bring for notarization?

Please bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. The document must be complete and unsigned when presented to the notary.

What areas do you serve in Maryland?

I serve Baltimore and Baltimore County, and I can also travel beyond these areas for an additional fee.
